WHO WE ARE

C N PHUKUBJE ATTORNEYS INC is a medium size law firm of Attorneys based in Johannesburg providing a variety of services, including Labour Law, Commercial law, General litigation and Training on various aspects of the Labour law.

C N Phukubje Attorneys is a small size professional law firm with dedicated and specialized knowledge in Labour Law. The firm has currently a total number of three (3) professional attorneys, one (1) Candidate Attorney and two (2) support staff in its full time employment.

The firm was conceptualized in 2007 and formally established in May 2008 by Christopher Ngaka Phukubje.

Mr. Phukubje was admitted as an attorney on 19 September 2005. He has a considerable amount of experience in Labour law. He is a Labour Law specialist with fifteen (15) years’ experience as Labour Law practitioner.

We regularly provide both written and telephone opinions and advice to clients on Labour Law related matters and legislations, which include the Labour Relations Acts, the Basic Condition of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Health and Safety Act, Public Service Act and its Regulations and SMS Handbook.

Our deep understanding of Labour law makes us well positioned to provide training to, managers, union officials and office bearers on the requirement of the Labour Law legislations.

MEET OUR TEAM

Mr Dandane completed his LLB Degree in 2020 with University of South Africa. He commenced his articles with us from 02 May 2023. Since then Mr Dandane has developed an immense interest in labour and employment law practice. he has shown dedication and professionalism toewards his work and the clients. He has learned the ropes fast in the labour and civil litigation as he has served as an interim at Land Claims Courts from 1 July 2021 to 28 April 2023. He is an excellent additional support to the team as he is able to run his own legal research and analysis.
